I am trying to translate a sentence from French to English and doubting about this subject. It would say "TEM (it is a company) has been dedicated itself to ...(its activity). Would you say that "itself" is natural and necessary in English? or just "...has been dedicated to..."

The following are natural:

'TEM has dedicated itself to ...'
'TEM is dedicated to ...'

If this does not satisfy you, post the French sentence in the Other Languages forum.
