which one was right ?

dedicate/dedicated/dedicating/devote myself to helping others ?

that is the whole sentence, dedicating myself to helping others

That is not a sentence; it is a phrase. It is impossible to choose one of your words without the rest of the sentence.

Where did this phrase come from?

i just try to make quote of the day " dedicating myself to helping others, all you have to do jusk ask "

i just try to make quote of the day " dedicating myself to helping others, all you have to do jusk ask "

In that case, you could write "I have dedicated myself to helping others; all you have to do is ask."

is it impossible to remove the subject "I" ?

How about:

Dedicated to helping others- all you have to do is ask.

It could be enough to work, depending on the context.
