The b is silent in the word debt. However, while I was listening to this video, neither b nor t was pronounced. There were ignored. I think it is difficult to pronounce t sound in the word debt when it is followed by k sound in the word crisis during connected speech. If I am not mistaken, it has been pronounced as /ˌdiː ˈkraɪ.sɪs/.

I did hear the "t", though admittedly it wasn't very pronounced. In any case, his pronunciation of "debt" didn't sound unusual to me.
