[General] De-Mobilization notification (Letter Writing)

Could you please check my draft letter?

This is to inform you that we are replacing Mr XXX – Building QC Inspector with Mr YYY effective from 29[SUP]th[/SUP] Nov 2016 due to his continued poor performance on field surveillance, RFI preparation, inspection and improper coordination with main contractor QC. Since last one month most of his assignments are taken over by other QC Inspectors eventhough he is available at site.

We are encountering more violations (NCR) and complaints from his area since he is not showing seriousness and any interest to the project. This notification is to comply Schedule Q, clause 5.14.
