A. Does your friend like to work daytime or night shift?
B. Does your friend like to work day or graveyard shift?

Are these two sentences natural to say?

Thank you very much, members and teachers

They are OK. I would probably say, "Does your friend prefer to work days or night shift?"

There seems to be a shift missing, because in a 24-hour operation there are often three shifts. The "graveyard" shift is usually 11 p.m. to 7a.m. or midnight to 8 a.m. and the day shift begins when the night shift ends. The third shift, sometimes called the evening shift, begins at 3 or 4 p.m. These shifts are sometimes designated as tours, i.e. Tour I, Tour II and Tour III, with tour I being the "graveyard" shift.
