1. I am currently in Japan.
2. I am in Japan now.
3. I am presently in Japan.
4. I am in Japan at present.

A Are the above sentences identical in meaning?
B. May I know the differences among "currently", "presently", "at present" and "now" in usage?

A. Yes.
B. In this usage, they're all the same. There can be an alternate meaning of presently. Look in your dictionary to be aware of it for other situations.

And of course all of them could be expressed by four words - I am in Japan. The use of the present tense in this context negates the need for currently/now/presently/at present.
