My research expertise is related to Robust Model Predictive Control, and my works have been published in several IEEE journal and prestigious Conference papers such as designing a robust model predictive controller for a population of TCLs, which is published in IEEE Transactions on Control System Technology. I believe my education background and my three years' experience in the industry make me a good fit for this position.

I wouldn't use "deep interest". It sounds odd to me. You're just writing to express your interest in the position.
