"The people who live in cities are more likely to get ill in comparison to the people in country side. The people who live in country side have good environment to live in and they are physically active as well compared to the city people."

Please check.
 
You should use 'compared with' not 'compared to' when you are comparing the same kind.

For example,
Paris has been compared to ancient Athens; it may be compared with modern London.
