Could you please confirm that I can hear correctly what is said in this audio clip?

Here is the audio clip, it's 30 seconds long and I think most of those are correct.

What I hear:

  1. It seems that when the tow truck driver got to the [auction?] yard early this morning...
  2. Well, I have to call you back on that one if you want that room...
  3. - Oh, the sign said there's a train for San Francisco [on point south?] in 20 minutes -Trains are running right past on the express spur!
  4. The mayor wants to take me to his side for some special job
  5. Yeah he asked me to design a city center, it's a job I'm paid and would kill for
  6. Yeah, [simply hall?], theater, museum, art center, public park, all to the glory of Black River.

  1. The part you've transcribed as "simply hall" may be "assembly hall" or it may be Xxx Hall, where Xxx is somebody's name that sounds like "simply".
 
Yes, assembly hall.
