Are the following sentences correct?
Could you please check if did the Shipment Contract № 01 dated 01.02.2020 approve in your system?
If yes - what address should we send a signed hard copy of it for?

If [STRIKE]yes -[/STRIKE] so, what address should we send a signed hard copy [STRIKE]of it for[/STRIKE] to?

There's no need to capitalize "shipment contract".
 
I took it to be the official title of a document, perhaps one that had previously been emailed to the recipient of the message in post #1.
