The forms are done. I went to my university and I asked three professors to fill out the letters.
Today, my husband will go to the Admission Office to give the envelope to Ms Marly.

I think I will get the IELTS result after 16[SUP]th[/SUP] September. Can I register before getting the IELTS result?
