I would like to re-order for a product which had been cancelled as a result of me failing to claim it when the Item was delivered
 
This doesn't make much sense. What was cancelled, the order or the product?
 
This is the way I understand it. They delivered the item, but the OP did not think it was for him, so they took it back to the depot. Now, the OP realises it was supposed to be for him after all, and he wants it delivered again.
 
There are a few problems with the original.

-The order clearly wasn't cancelled because an attempt was made to deliver it. (We don't cancel a product.)
- If the speaker had answered the door and said "That's not for me", the delivery person would have simply taken it away and returned it either to the depot so that another attempt could be made at delivery on a later date, or returned it to the sender.
- We don't "reorder for" something. We simply "reorder" it.
