"Our bank account details are same as previously. The following are the same bank account details for you kind information and record"

I think it means, "Our bank account details remain the same. However, you've probably forgotten them, so here they are again."

Note to OP: I'm not suggesting you write this. If necessary, say "Here are our bank details, which have not changed: <Bank Details>"

Yes, that makes sense. I was confused by the prospect of advising someone that your bank details haven't changed (thus suggesting that they already have those details) and then offering to give them your bank details.
