Do the two sentences below have the same meaning? Are there any differences? (Perhaps, there are differences in associations that come to your mind when you read them.)

1) Continuous learning is the key to success.
2) Continuous studying is the key to success.

Learning is mastering knowledge or skills. Studying is attempting to do so.

If you've ever stayed up all night studying for a test, only to do poorly on it the next day, you'll understand the difference between studying and learning.

The learning is more important than the studying. If you can learn without studying you will save a lot of time.
:)

The phrase continuous learning, in BrE at least, refers to the regular updating of your skills and knowledge throughout your life. Continuous studying really does mean studying without taking a break.
