Continuous = actions that are uninterrupted
Continual = duration that continues over a long period of time with intervals of interruption

can you explain the difference between "continuous and continual" in the context?

Good morning, areev.
(1) I didn't get any sleep last night because those horrible people next door played their loud music continuously from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. ( = Did not stop that crazy noise for even one minute!!!)
(2) Tommy was kicked out of his class because he was continually disturbing the class. (= he was good for five minutes; bad for 10 minutes; good three minutes; bad again for eight minutes; good for ....)
