I live in a condominium/condo/apartment in New Dongtan now. Actually, I don't like to live in a high-rise building. I live in a condo for the sake/purpose of future investment and convenient living.

Which is more appropriate for each underlined?
For the difference of "condo" and "apartment", when I lived in Canada, I found that "condos" are premium expensive ones, while "apartments" are cheap and old ones.
In Korea, I don't know how to distinguish the two as both of them are called "apartment", and in this case, the building is more like a fancy expensive one.

Not all apartments are either cheap or old.

(If I was still a moderator I would combine these two threads which are very similar.)
