"concerned (before noun)" and "concerned about/for"

I'm learning "concerned (before noun)" and "concerned about/for".

I've found that "concerned about/for" means "worried" or "care about". (Longman Explanation 2 and 6)

Does "concerned (before noun)" include the meaning of "caring"?

No, it does not only mean "worried." People can be concerned for any number of reasons, including worry.
