Hello again,

Most of us are using computers today and are constantly bombarded by “Cookie” files. One day you decide to give up accepting “Cookie” file.

How could I say it?

Giving up accepting the “Cookie” files

or

Refusal to accept the “Cookie” files

It is to be a title.

What do you think?

How about Refusing Cookies?

Your browsing will become quite constrained if you refuse all cookies.

All I have to do is translate the text. It doesn't apply to me or my laptop personally.

Okay. Just note that, in this context, "cookie files" is redundant.
