One of friends asked me to translate a certificate from Arabic to English.

Ibam really puzzled because usually what comes after proposition is a gerund.

Certificate from xxxx for completion three years in maintenance contract.

Should I change completion to completing?

Is it "of maintenance contract" or in maintenance contract?

It would require a preposition: Certificate for completion of a three-year maintenance contract. This still isn't very natural though.
