[FONT=&#48148]Most difficulties at work come from relationship with people. My job is a failure analysis engineer, and I work together with some technicians. Even though we work together, our roles are all different. Engineers do failure analysis or make reliability experiment methods, while technicians mainly handle facilities according to the procedure.

Does the underlined sound natural?

There are a couple of things I don't understand. One of them is reliability experiment methods, and the other is handle facilities.

(You could also say personal relationships.)

What about "interpersonal relationships"? Isn't this more precise?

What it is is something I had to look up. Do what suits you.

(I'm not sure I know the difference between the two terms.)
