Coarse, hard, or granular feed solids may disintegrate into pulp or mush when their content of soluble material is removed.

which one is the best alternative?

1. dismantle
2. give away
3. take part
4. break up

I think both No.1 and 4 can be the answer. Correct me if I'm wrong please!

Thanks

You're wrong. "Dismantle" is not the same as disintegrate. Dismantle is like when you take apart something that was previously built.

But I've seen "disintegrate" as a common synonym for that word in two famous dictionaries!

I don't care what you've seen in two famous dictionaries; 'dismantle' is wrong in that context.

Things don't dismantle. People dismantle things. Things are dismantled by people.

Come to think of it, I can't see how they can be synonymous in any context. 'Dismantle' is only ever transitive and 'disintegrate' is only very rarely used transitively.

I agree with the others. Only 4 works for me.

Be very careful with words given as synonyms. To be honest, I question the use of most thesauruses.
