When someone's name ends with "s", do I need to put "s" after an apostrophe to make possesive form?
If so, how do you pronounce the "s" after the apostrophe, or [z]?

Chris's -/ˈkrɪsɪz/ or /ˈkrɪsəz/

I prefer "Chris's" because we pronounce the second S. The second has has a Z sound.
