In the video (link below), are the two hosts (Louisa and Marcus) speaking with a Chinese accent? If not, do they sound like a native speaker?

I thought their accent is more American than Chinese. Well, not 100% but it is close enough.

The woman has a pronounced Chinese accent. The man has a much milder one.

Really?

I'd definitely say the other way round. His accent is clearly Chinese. She has a very mild non-native accent, which is not identifiable as Chinese.

They both sound Chinese to me, mainly because of problems articulating L and R. I can't say what rules out Japanese, but I don't think I'd have guessed that even if I hadn't had other cues.

As I've had occasion to point out before, the meaning of native speaker is somewhat flexible. Here in the Toronto area we have a large number of people of Chinese origin, and both Marcus and Louisa would pass for native speakers. To my ear his tiny accent is more noticeable than hers, but in both of them it is very slight.

I would characterize their English as Australian rather than American.
