As you know my last working day is May 29, 2020. Something came up and I have to attend a medical appointment on May 29th. Therefore I want to change my last working day from May 29, 2020 to May 22, 2020. I hope my leaving my job one week earlier would not cause any inconvenience to the office. Thank you.
