Which terms can be used here?

Today I spotted a supergorgeous cashier girl but when I got closer to her I noticed her hairy arms which ruined the .............

overall picture
ensemble
overall impression
total impression
general impression

'Super' and 'gorgeous' are two words, or possibly hyphenated.

I suppose 'overall picture/impression' work the best.

The others don't work at all in this context. 'Ensemble' would refer to her outfit, not her physical appearance.

The hairy arms themselves weren't that bad but people who don't shave their arms probably don't shave other parts of the body either. That's like "20th century hippie style" to me.

But there is no necessity or requirement for anyone to shave any part of their anatomy.

The supergorgeous cashier girl is probably better off without him.

I don't think you need to use girl- just cashier is enough.
