Are the following sentences correct?

下载.jpeg
They're cash.

It's cash.

They are dollar notes. It's a dollar note.

The first is wrong. The second is okay. The word cash is always used as an uncountable, and therefore singular, noun.

Then how to describe the first picture?

They’re 20-, 50- and 100-dollar bills.

AE speakers call banknotes ‘bills’.

Then how should I describe the first picture?
For the first one, a bunch of twenties. For the second, a fifty.

It is, of course, cash in both cases.

If you want to differentiate between notes (bills) and coins, you could specify that the pictures are of "paper money". However, simply saying "It's cash" or "It's banknotes" suffices in BrE. However, note that if you say "It's cash" and the person you're talking to can't actually see the picture, it could include both notes and coins.
