1) He can't open the door anyhow.

Can that sentence be used instead of

2) He can't open the door in any way.

==================

3) Get him to sign the contract anyhow.


Can one use that sentence instead of:

4) Get him to sign the contract in any way possible.

I am not sure at all, but maybe that usage of 'anyhow' is limited to certain regions or something. It might be utterly incorrect. I don't know.

No. No. Not in standard international English.

I don't know about regional usage of anyhow. You may be right.
 
Maybe I am from one of those regions, but I am less certain about saying no.
