Do "can't but + inf" and "can't help + ing" have the same meaning?

'Can't help but noticing it'
'Can't help but notice it'

'Can't help but noticing it'
'Can't help but notice it'
'Can't help but noticing it' This is incorrect.

Though quite frequent in AmE. cf. "irregardless."

I don't see much difference between "can't help but notice" and "can't help noticing."

I would not say "can't help but noticing."
