Can you say:

I need to find a place to charge my phone.

VS

I need to find somewhere to charge my phone.

Are both okay?

Are you looking for a plug (electric) socket where you can plug in your phone charger, or are you looking for a shop which helps people by providing chargers and power?

Both of your suggested sentences are grammatically correct. If you were asking this question in real life, you would need to specify what exactly you were looking for.

I'm looking for a shop that will let me charge my phone.
I'm looking for a shop that lets people charge their phones there.

I need to plug my charger in somewhere. Is there a plug socket round here somewhere?
