I FOUND MY RECEPTIONIST'S COMPUTER MANY SPELLING MISTAKES IN THE EXCEL SHEETS. I WANT TO ISSUE HIM A LETTER TO TAKE CARE NEXT TIME- PLEASE SEE BELOW THE LETTER AND KINDLY CLEAR ANY MISTAKES.

Today at one glance, I found plenty of spelling errors in the excel sheet that maintained by you. Correct spelling resembles an organizations image and reflects employee’s professionalism. If anyone happened to see these documents in the system, it will give a bad impression about the employees. So, hereafter you are requested to pay attention when typing or preparing the documents.

And:

And:

it would give a bad impression of the employees.
