“Coming Late to the work place is indiscipline, Moving early is indecency".

Instances have come to the notice that some of the employees have made it a regular practice to arrive workplace late and leave early. This pattern of attendance is unacceptable. Our code of conduct does not allow employee late coming and early leaving. The management has decided to take strict course of action against the employees who are regular in late coming and early leaving. Also a prior notification is must before you take any early leave. Only genuine reasons will be considered.

Employees failing to adhere with the norms have to face serious disciplinary actions.

We have noticed that some staff members have made it a habit to arrive to work late and leave work early. This is totally unacceptable. The set working hours are to be strictly followed and the management takes punctuality seriously. All staff are reminded to adhere to the working hours unless they have genuine reasons for not being punctual. Disciplinary action will be taken against those who fail to comply with the regulation.
