I want to give a warning letter to our driver- please see below.
You had been assigned a job yesterday to pick up two of our staff at 07:30 PM from our branch, but you have failed to execute the job. If you were engaged with any other job during that time, you should have informed the admin that you are unable to handle the endorsed task, then the admin would have found an alternative solution. But you have failed to communicate the matter to your in- charge on time that caused inconvenience to all.
