Attention: All Supervisors and concerned in-charges:
This is to inform you that we are in a preparation of implementing EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM in all business units.
Please find attached format IPR (Individual Performance Review) for your information. All supervisors are requested to monitor each of their respective employees work performance, attendance, punctuality etc.. on regular basis. After every three months, each employee’s performance to be evaluated by the respective supervisors and the attached form to be filled and signed by both employee and Supervisors and subsequently forward to the management for final review. Effective from the month of June 2016, this practice will be in place. So your cooperation in this regard is highly imperative.
