Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a question about "however" and "despite"; I wonder if we can use those 2 words together in a sentence, like:

[... sentences describing the good things about a new training program ...] ... However, despite the potential benefits of the training program, individual acceptance of such program has been low.

Is it ok to use "however" and "despite" together in the above sentence?

Thanks a lot,
Jo
