Can this be said -

I love democracy and I think communism and the North Korea are scary ideals.

I don't think North Korea is an "ideal."

I love democracy and I think communism is a scary ideal and North Korea is scary country.

Communism is an ideology rather than an ideal.

I love democracy and I think communism is a scary ideology and North Korea is scary country.

You need an article before 'scary', but otherwise your sentence is acceptable, if a bit wordy.

You don't really need the words 'ideology' nor 'country'. They're redundant - we already know that North Korea is a country and communism is an ideology.

I would suggest shorting your sentence to "I love democracy, and I think communism and North Korea are scary".
