Can dislike be used in progressive forms?

Could you tell me why Oxford Learner's Dictionary states that "like" is not used in progressive forms, but for "dislike" there is no such comment.


Is it a mistake?
 
Note that it says "not usually used in the progressive tenses". That's not the same as 'not used'.
