Is the following sentence correct?

I will let you know by post lunch.

Thanks
Rajan

Not in BrE.

'Early afternoon' is more natural that 'post lunch'.

Rajan, like you, I'm Indian. Unfortunately over the last few years, it's become common practice in Indian English to use "post" as an exact synonym of "after".

It doesn't work.

I will let you know by post lunch.

I usually hear people say "I'll let you know post lunch" (without "by"). That doesn't work either.

Stick to "I'll let you know after lunch".
