Hello Teacher, which one is better?

1) I have arranged for you both to meet with Mr. Xing next Tuesday at 4 pm

2) I have arranged for both of you to meet with Mr. Xing next Tuesday at 4 pm.

I'd say 2. But I don't think that necessarily makes it better than 1.
 
I agree with Raymott, Thomas, and am truly thankful that you did not propose as an alternative one of my pet hates:

'. . .arranged for the both of you. . . .':-x
