The first schwa seems to have either a sound value or a reduced sound, while the second seems to have a reduced sound. Whenever I see schwa in pronunciation notations, it's hard to guess if it has the original sound value or a reduced sound. What do you think?

I really don't know what you mean by 'sound value or reduced sound'. Incidentally, in my own pronunciation of the word, the first vowel is close to /ɪ/, and the third is clearly /ɪ/

I couldn't find the IPA for ə here, a slightly slanted one, which is different from normal ə, so ə seems to has two sound values, confusing me.
