[General] based on / from / in my experience

Are the sentences below correct? Thank you.

1. Based on my experience, he will never return the money he borrows.
2. From my experience, he will never return the money he borrows.
3. In my experience, he will never return the money he borrows.

The first 2 are fine.
In the third, one I prefer "In my experience he never returns the money he borrows."
 
To me all three are equivalent. In speech I tend to use 3.
