"Back at work".

Unless, you have been off for an extended time, like a medical leave. Then you might say you are back to work.

If that's after a holiday, will we use "to" or "at" then?

THanks

It depends on the verb you choose.

I am back at work.
I came back to work [yesterday/last week].
I went back to work.
He has gone back to work.
She will be back at work next week.

So, as you can see, any form of "to be" attracts "at".
