When should 'availability' and its plural 'availabilities' be used? Are the followings correct:

Eg 1: What is your availability for the following dates - 11th, 12th or 15th of Dec?

Eg 2: Is there any availability for two people?

To me, I would always use the singular "availability". It sounds right to me. I can't think of a sentence where I would use "availabilities".
