This is kindly request to you, My salary account is frizzed from 2011 and ATM also Lost know I wanted to re activate my salary account . and I talked to bankers they are wanted latter from HRD authorization so please provide the latter to solve this issue

I think you mean that your salary has been frozen (used in the present perfect and past perfect forms of freeze​, the simple past being froze).

Please freeze his salary.
I must freeze his salary.
His salary must be frozen.

His salary was frozen.
I have frozen his salary.

His salary has been frozen.
I have frozen his salary.

His salary had been frozen.
I had frozen his salary.
