Does attributive clause mean as same as relative clause?

A book I read about translation strategies for English to Chinese translations has a phrase called attributive clause.
And the book uses the term attribute clause as the term relative clause would be used for.

Not a Teacher.

A phrase that says something about a noun or pronoun is called an attributive clause.

Usually, it comes after the word or pronoun and gives more information about it.

@isaac Acker, the forum rules provide that any member may answer questions provided they state that they are not a teacher if that is the case. I have added the required disclaimer for you this time. Please include it yourself in future posts.
