'at your earliest convenience' and 'as soon as possible'

Dear kind teachers:

Could you please tell me the slight difference between 'at your earliest convenience' and 'as soon as possible'.
Thanks.
 
As soon as possible (ASAP) means just that, even if it is not convenient!
