"When do you usually eat your meals?" is more natural in my opinion, but it means the same thing. How you answer it depends on what you want to say. ("None of your business" is one possibility. )

I guess you mean you saw that online.

I would say "have your meals" instead of "eat your meals".
Or "what are your meal times?"
