[Grammar] At that holiday she was tired after celebrarting christmas

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"At that holiday she was tired after celebrarting christmas with her family the day before. Kevin's call was inoportune, because she sleeping and her mother, who was cooking, woke her up, and that kind of things always provoked bad temper in her. However mother chose to woke her daughter anyway, although knowing of the few possibilities of Kevin, she felt appreciation for him.!

See my corrections above. I don't know what you mean by the last part (underlined and in blue). Can you try to explain that part in a different way?

First of all, thanks for your help.

The mother of the girl, knew about Kevin. She knew that he had really few chances to be the boyfriend of her daughter.

However, she still wake up his daughter to talk to Kevin, because she felt appreciation for him, since she considered him a good boy.
