at/in/on a festival

People love to watch the boats racing in the Dragon Boat Festival.

We always have mooncakes at Mid-Autumn Festival.

In the examples above, the prepositions ‘at’ and ‘in’ are used before the word ‘festival’. I wonder if the preposition ‘on’ could be used instead.
