Hello

Are there any grammatical errors in these sentences?

It has been over ten days since I sent you the email regarding opportunities to volunteer in your company. Since I have not received a response from you. I assume there is no volunteer opportunities. Please put me on your wait list and inform me when opportunities arise.

Since it's a formal letter, you'd better use "there are" rather than "there is".

There's no need to start your post with a greeting. Just ask your question.
