It's strange: horizontal and vertical bars?
And somewhat inappropriate:
pave the way of a grand carrier for me?

Actually by horizontal and vertical bars I meant, inside and outside the working unit of mine. These days I assume organizational chart is represented by few horizontal and vertical bars. Horizontal bars usually represent similar entities and vertical bars are those units who controls many horizontal units like mine.

By paving the way........, I want to express my desire to get good carrier path in lieu of my work and expertise.

Please suggest now.......

It needs to be completely rewritten. I'm not going to do that for you. It's your resume. You can look up examples of how to write the objective on the resume.
 
Come on,
I am not saying to write my personal stuffs. I needed a help on these 4 lines which are simple English.

Dear forum pl help me to rephrase it pl.
